The GPFAA would like to welcome all new parents to our fine campus and offer the opportunity to become engaged and involved with the GPFAA PTA. The nomination form is a simple way to get that process started. Fill out this form and return it to the main office. We will make sure this form is quickly placed with our PTA for consideration.

To Join PTA

Print the membership form and send dues to school in an envelope and have your student place in the PTA box in the front office or Join the PTA Online! 
 
 
Perhaps you haven't joined the PTA because you think it's just for elementary school or you're not sure how joining the PTA will help? It is not too late
to join for this year and I would like to share what we do and why we would love to have you as a member if you haven't joined yet.
Our teachers go above and beyond serving our students. I can tell you personally, as I've witnessed my daughters teachers and administrators work hard to help my daughter succeed with some recent challenges. Our PTA honors our teachers with special luncheons, holiday meals and of course teacher appreciation. We provide snacks for the teachers on audition days.

With the money we are raising (including funds from membership) we are hoping to purchase some benches and picnic tables for the outside front area. We have coordinated the T-shirt and sweatshirt sales that unite all of our students. Also we will be helping to plan Phantom Phollies, a fun event at the end of the year that again unites all of our students with entertainment, fun and great food. In addition to all these great school benefits, PTA members get discounts on local businesses and receive updates on how Texas PTA is active in supporting legislation that helps our schools. Please consider joining. You can fill out the attached form for $7 and send it in with your student or join online at www.joinPTA.org.

The PTA sends out a member only e-mail. If you do not received the email, we don't have the right email address for you. Please email gpfaa_pta@att.net to get added to the email list. If you are interested in becoming part of a carpool page on the website, please send an e-mail to gpfaa_pta@att.net, with your name, your child's name, and whether your child is in middle or high school. Further instructions will be provided once you are part of the program.
